It is my pleasure to introduce Savills Residential Agency in the UAE. When we launched in January 2024, we were a team of four brokers with a clear vision: to build the most credible, capable and client-focused residential agency in the country. In under three years, that team has grown to more than 160 brokers, with operations and projects across four Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Most significantly, we have transacted nearly AED 18.5 billion of real estate. It is an achievement that shows we have delivered on that ambition, at a pace that has exceeded even our own expectations.
